Apply nowAbout the role
You'll work alongside the founding team on Fab Bio (live) and the products we're shipping next — scoping features, running user interviews, prototyping with engineering, and tuning the prompts behind our AI assistants. Any major welcome — business, design, humanities, sciences, engineering. What you build matters more than what you studied.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead new products.
- Build projects from scratch and execute.
- Interview users, test features, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive app downloads, usage, and overall experience.
- Create and optimize prompts with developers to improve our AI assistants.
Who you are
- 3rd or 4th year university student or new graduate.
- Based in Germany or studying at a German university.
- Eager to learn and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Curious about AI and how it’s changing work.
- Prefer learning by doing rather than just reading.
- Strong English proficiency (team communication is in English).
- Speaking German is a plus.
We're hiring more than one person and looking for diverse strengths across the team.
About Fab
Fab is building mobile AI apps for client-facing use cases. Our first product, Fab Bio, is already live; DOCO and SmartForm are next. We're a fully remote team based in the US, operating from different cities in Turkey. The founding team includes a serial entrepreneur with exits, a digital growth expert behind major campaigns, and a designer from Getir, Midas, and Intenseye.
How the role works
The first 4 weeks are learning mode — by doing. You'll help with real work, talk to people across the team, and pick up how we approach problems. Online, after 7 pm Berlin time so the whole team can be on at once. The trial is unpaid.
Even if you don't continue past the 4 weeks, you'll walk away having shipped real things and met the people in our network — founders, designers, and operators across the startup world. By the end we decide together whether you continue.
- Schedule
- Online after 7 pm Berlin time
- First 4 weeks
- Trial unpaid
- Starts
- 24 May 2026
